Based at our Bournemouth response centre, our team of highly skilled staff handle thousands of calls each month relating to pre-existing medical conditions. The team are trained to handle calls sensitively, ensuring that all and sometimes complex medical conditions are recorded accurately.

CEGA can draw on over 10 years experience in managing medical screening and have made use of this extensive knowledge to streamline the customer experience.  Our advisors carefully explain the results of the screening process ensuring the customer has a full understanding of whether the condition/s are covered. All screening results are followed up in writing and by email if requested.

CEGA has utilised the medical expertise and knowledge of handling thousands of travel medical claims each year to create a system that balances the exposure of unacceptable risks to the underwriter, whilst ensuring customers are covered where possible.
